All Cooper Digital Products have a 5-year limited parts warranty. Cooper Digital guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period stated in the original purchase terms. This warranty only applies to new Cooper Digital products bought directly from Cooper Digital by the original buyer (“Customer”) and is not transferable. It may not apply to products sold or shipped outside the U.S.
The warranty starts from the purchase date shown on the invoice or sales order and is valid only after full payment is received. By purchasing a Cooper Digital product, the Customer agrees to the terms of this limited warranty.
During the warranty period, Cooper Digital may choose to repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished one of the same type, depending on product updates. Cooper Digital covers the cost of parts but not on-site labor for removing, installing, or fixing components. In some cases, Cooper Digital may choose to offer on-site service. Any repaired or replaced item will be covered for the rest of the original warranty period, unless an extension is given in writing. This warranty is not a maintenance contract.
Cooper Digital’s warranty only covers replacement of products or parts that it confirms failed for a covered reason during the warranty period. If other parts of a system haven’t failed for a covered reason, Cooper Digital won’t replace or extend the warranty for them—even if they were used with parts being repaired. Differences in brightness or color after repair are not covered.
Only the terms in this limited warranty apply. No one—whether an employee, dealer, or representative—can change or add to these terms. Any conflicting terms in purchase orders or other documents are invalid.
All implied warranties (like merchantability or fitness for a purpose) only last as long as this warranty. Cooper Digital’s responsibility is limited to replacing the product or part. It’s not liable for any indirect damages—like lost profits, downtime, or business interruptions—caused by the product or its software.
Cooper Digital is also not responsible for shipping delays, part shortages, natural disasters, or events beyond its control.
To make a warranty claim, you must report it within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase with the product’s serial number or sales order. Claims made after the warranty ends or without proper documentation won’t be accepted.
